To enter a description of your work or expense, double-click in the Description field and type in a description.

To mark an entry paid or unpaid, check or uncheck the Paid checkbox.

To enter a document or folder into the Linked Document field,

1. Select the entry on the time card.
2. Drag the document or folder icon from the Finder onto the time card.

To remove a document or folder from the Linked document field, select the entry and choose Edit->Clear Supporting File.
